Job description

Position Title: Client Services Associate
Salary Range: $70,000 base + $10,000 annual bonus potential
Join a growing boutique wealth management firm where exceptional client service, precision, and ownership are at the center of everything you do. As the Client Services Associate, you'll serve as the operational backbone of the practice, managing client onboarding, account administration, correspondence, CRM activity and day-to-day service needs for high-net-worth clients while keeping the office running seamlessly. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and exceptionally detail-oriented with experience supporting clients in wealth management, private banking, or brokerage.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day client service and administrative needs, including account openings, paperwork, correspondence, and non-licensed account activities
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients and help deliver a high-touch experience throughout their first 100 days with the firm
  • Handle inbound client requests, including account servicing needs and money movement requests
  • Make outbound calls to confirm client appointments and ensure advisors and clients are prepared for upcoming meetings
  • Maintain accurate client information, workflows and follow-up activities within the firm's CRM
  • Welcome clients to the office and provide a polished, engaging and professional first point of contact
  • Support approximately 10-15 client seminars annually, including occasional after-hours event setup and coordination

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Client Service Associate or in a similar client-facing support role within wealth management, private banking or brokerage
  • Proven ability to succeed on a fast-paced, high-growth team while managing competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word, along with experience using a CRM platform
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization and follow-through with the ability to move between urgent requests and ongoing responsibilities
  • Polished, professional and naturally engaging communication skills with the confidence to interact with high-net-worth clients
  • A proactive, accountable mindset with the initiative to ask questions, absorb training and look for opportunities to contribute
  • Familiarity with LPL Financial systems, financial account types, and industry regulations is preferred, along with a bachelor's degree
