Requirements

Valid Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain quickly).

Valid Illinois Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain quickly).

Adept at building rapport and communicating effectively with diverse individuals.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry.

Comfortable using technology for client communication and record-keeping.
