Financial Counseling Representative
On-Site - Pasco, WA | LifePoint Lourdes Health
Schedule:PRN within operating hours of M-F 8 am - 4:30 pm

As a Financial Counseling Representative, you will be a trusted guide for patients navigating insurance coverage, financial responsibility, and payment solutions.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide exceptional financial counseling support by helping patients understand insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs
  • Meet with patients to discuss payment options and financial assistance programs
  • Verify insurance eligibility and explain benefits clearly
  • Assist with Medicaid and financial assistance applications
  • Build trust with patients during stressful financial situations
  • Collaborate with care teams and revenue cycle departments
