KP is looking for a Client Services Associate. The Client Service Associate is responsible for the overall support to the Client Services Department.  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Services Support:

  • Aids Client Services Department, including various clerical functions, office duties, data entry or any other support activities as assigned.
  • Assist in facilitating all phases of service requirements for the client's product, including but not limited to reviewing client specifications, creating work orders, preparing internal documents, creating customer samples and projecting milestones.
  • Verbal and written communication with customers to answer questions and confirm data details. Example: order information, tracking numbers, log-in & password retrieval, shipping costs
  • Filing, scanning, and collecting mail return data from time to time 

This position may also perform any and/or all the following duties:

  • Job entry into KP Information Management System
  • Accurately prepares prebills and billing documents.
  • Assist billing process to ensure customer billing requirements are met.
  • Coordinate production of in-house accounts.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned or requested.

Requirements

Education, Experience and Training (Knowledge):

  • Associates degree (A.A) from two-year College; plus, one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of print, mail, fulfillment or marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is desired.

Skills and abilities:

  • Good verbal, written and listening skills; ability to read, understand and follow SOP's, and supervisor's instructions.
  • Coordinates own work with others and works collaboratively to meet needs of the department.
  • Use self-management skills to plan, organize and prioritize work activities to use time efficiently.
  • Interpersonal skills to get along with employees, respond positively to instructions and procedures.
  • Reviews all work carefully for completeness and accuracy.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
