Client Service Associate - Wealth Management

What You'll Do
As a trusted member of our client service team, you'll help create an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting our financial advisors and operations team.
Responsibilities include:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering responsive, professional, and personalized service.
  • Build strong relationships with clients while anticipating their needs and providing proactive support.
  • Process account openings, transfers, money movements, and account maintenance accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate client meetings and assist with preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Work closely with advisors to ensure timely follow-up on client requests and financial planning initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation while adhering to industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and contribute to an outstanding client experience.
  • Continue learning about financial planning, investment services, and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is curious, motivated, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications include:
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or a professional client service environment preferred.
  • FINRA licenses (Series 7 and/or 66) are a plus but not required. We're happy to consider candidates eager to earn their licenses and continue growing their careers.
