Job description

Client Service Associate

If you've spent a decade in financial services and you're at your best when the pace is fast and the clients expect nothing less than exceptional, this one's worth reading.

FCS Family Office, a high-net-worth wealth management firm in the Prairie Village area, is looking for an experienced Client Service Associate to support two Associate Advisors as they grow their books. This isn't a training-from-scratch role. They need someone who walks in knowing how things work and can help build the processes that keep a growing practice running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

Day to day, you'll be the operational backbone for two advisors who are active, client-focused, and building fast. Your job is to handle the service and administrative side so they can stay focused on their clients. That includes:

  • Client follow-up and service tasks
  • Processing paperwork, account work, and operational requests
  • Helping develop and document workflows from prospect to client, start to finish
  • Supporting seminar logistics (not prospecting or lead follow-up; that stays with the advisors)
  • Handling requests from high-net-worth clients with calm, speed, and professionalism

This office moves fast. When clients call, things happen quickly. You need to be someone who handles urgency well and doesn't rattle easily.
