West Hills Veterinary Centre is looking for an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our compassionate and hardworking team. If you have a passion for helping
people, love animals, and thrive in a fast-paced veterinary environment, we'd love to meet you!


As the first and last impression our clients have of the hospital, our Client Service Representatives play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.


What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience working in a veterinary hospital is required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple phone lines and appointments.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate during emotional situations.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients with exceptional customer service.
  • Answer multi-line phones and respond to client questions professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and surgical procedures efficiently.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Communicate clearly with doctors and technicians to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Educate clients on preventive care, medications, and hospital services.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized reception area.
  • Support teammates throughout the hospital as needed.
