A Kaniksu Community Health Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions. This role analyzes financial performance, identifies trends and variances, and provides data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making. The Financial Analyst works closely with department leaders to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and improve financial processes.

A typical day of the Financial Analyst might include;

  • Develop and maintain annual operating and capital budgets in collaboration with department managers.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast.

Experience Needed to Land this Gig:
