Job description

RESPONSIBLE TO:            Financial Director

SUBORDINATES:             None  

CLASSIFICATION:            Exempt / Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.         Responsible for accounts payable.

2.         Responsible for preparing and entering payroll.

3.         Prepare of billing as designated by financial director.

4.         Responsible management of departmental budgets as directed.

5.         Entering data into Quick book

6.         Responsible for quarterly financial record review.

7.         Responsible for typing the Board minutes.

8.         Submit and Coordinate billing with finance department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in bookkeeping. If recovering, two years of continuous sobriety is desired.
