Job description

Reporting to the Director of IT, you will join Conagra Brands as an IT Financial & Analytics Analyst within our GBIS team. You will leverage your expertise in data analytics to deliver actionable insights that drive financial forecasting, reporting, and cost optimization. You will design and maintain key metric reporting through Power BI dashboards, develop analytic models to predict IT costs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency. This hybrid role offers high visibility with GBIS leadership and an opportunity to make a measurable impact on enterprise data initiatives. Your Impact Interpret complex data sets to support financial forecasting and reporting, presenting insights in a clear and actionable manner.Design, implement, and maintain metrics and dashboards using Power BI and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments to ensure solutions deliver maximum value.Develop analytic models for predicting and analyzing cloud compute and storage costs.Monitor and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data quality and compliance.Lead training and change management initiatives on data or agile topics.Identify opportunities for process automation and technology enhancements to streamline manual tasks.Recommend and implement solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.Build strong relationships with Finance, GBS, IT teams, and cross-functional partners.Execute and support enterprise data governance programs, including documentation of policies, standards, data dictionaries, and data lineage.Communicate effectively with IT, business partners, and leadership.Operate in an Agile team environment, working across geographies and cultures.Your Experience Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.3+ years of experience in data analytics, financial forecasting, or related business analysis roles.Preferred: Experience working with internal Conagra data and projects.Preferred: Experience within Agile Methodology frameworks (Jira experience a plus).Strong problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently.Demonstrated initiative, tenacity, and ability to drive change in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in data analysis tools and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI / Fabric, Power Automate, Power Apps).Preferred: Experience with ERP applications (SAP R3, S4, BI, Business Objects) and Microsoft Office Suite.Exposure to cloud analytics tools and AI (e.g., Copilot, Databricks).Travel up to 10% as needed.Number of Days in Office: 3 #LI-Hybrid #LI-Associate #LI-SG1 Compensation Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
