GCM understands the challenges companies face when it comes to the skills and experience needed to fill the void of the day to day function.ย  Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job.ย 


Qualifications

Financial Analyst ensures 5-7 years compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.


Financial Analyst requires:ย 

  • Looking for candidates that are CPA's, CPA Eligible, and have SAP and Big 4 Accounting Firm Experience.
  • Previous SAP ERP Experience
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data utilizing Excel
  • Ability to create documentation and workflows PowerPoint Presentation development
  • CPA, or - at least a bachelor's with enough hours to be CPA eligible

Financial Analyst duties:

  • Provides
    financial analytical support to the Financial Management team for the
    budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as reporting actual
    financial results on a monthly basis. Advises on strategic decisions and
    formulates business strategies.
  • Offers professional judgment on financial matters and advises on ways to improve business performance.
  • Processes monthly transactions to the general ledger.
  • Supports activities relating to internal corporate accounting and finance systems.
