Financial Analyst
A confidential, growing industrial services company is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, and operational analysis across multiple business entities.

This role offers a unique combination of financial analysis and executive-level support responsibilities. The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership to deliver critical financial reporting, budgeting support, forecasting, variance analysis, and board-level presentations while helping drive operational efficiency and informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key business trends
  • Prepare bank reporting packages and executive-level presentations
  • Maintain revenue tracking and financial reporting tools
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities
  • Assist with external audits and reporting requests
  • Develop ad hoc reports and operational analyses for leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiencies
Strategic Finance Support
  • Assist with cash flow, balance sheet, and profit & loss reporting
  • Support strategic initiatives and business performance analysis

Executive Support
  • Serve as a key point of contact for executive leadership

  • Assist with correspondence and confidential communications
  • Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, and complex formulas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
