Job Description:
Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&A
Location: 55 Glenlake Parkway NE, Atlanta, GA, 30328
Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Corporate Planning team within UPS's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization. This role drives strategic initiatives, delivers actionable insights, and streamlines business processes to more accurately forecast and report key metrics. In this role, you will lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of UPS's consolidated balance sheet and cash flow statements, while contributing to long-range planning and enterprise-wide strategy projects.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with finance teams across UPS-including Accounting, Tax, Business Unit Finance, Treasury, and M&A-to ensure accurate forecasting and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, forecast, and analyze UPS's consolidated balance sheet and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and evaluate working capital trends impacting cash flow performance.
  • Upload, validate, and analyze financial data within OneStream (forecasting and planning software).
  • Support long-range planning activities using advanced forecasting methodologies and statistical models.
  • Create and audit financial reports that inform senior management decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related business discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Finance Knowledge: Demonstrates an understanding of basic financial terminology and concepts such as cash flows, operating profit/loss, and net income; conducts financial analyses.
  • Experience working with and manipulating large sets of data.
  • Experience with OneStream preferred but not required.
  • Accounting experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • This job is a grade 20E.
  • Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
  • Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to self-relocate.
  • No Relocation assistance offered.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000/year to $90,000/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
