Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and technology-savvy Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making across a growing organization. This role will partner closely with finance and operational leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, automate financial processes, and transform complex data into actionable business insights.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with advanced data analysis skills and a passion for leveraging modern technologies, including business intelligence platforms and AI-powered tools, to drive efficiency and profitability.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Support quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial projections
  • Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and operational decisions
  • Analyze business performance, operating costs, and profitability metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Automate financial reporting and workflow processes using modern data management, reporting, and AI tools
Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using business intelligence platforms and advanced Excel capabilities
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, automate reporting, and improve access to business insights
  • Establish controls and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop self-service reporting solutions for finance and operational stakeholders
