About this role:
This role sits within the Chief Operating Office (COO) Finance organization supporting the Corporate Properties Group (CPG) Financial Analysis team. The team is responsible for delivering independent, objective real estate financial analysis to inform enterprise-level strategic decisions. This Vice President role is an individual contributor position with both regional portfolio ownership and enterprise-wide financial leadership responsibilities.
