Your Impact Zone Operations IT is seeking a Technical Business Analyst and project manager to support the firm's post- trade processing environment for Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives platforms Has In depth understanding of Post trade processing flows. Familiarity with DTC/CNS intraday and overnight processing and corresponding interfaces.

Familiarity with SWIFT messaging Successful candidates must be experienced in identifying and analyzing technology and process problems, developing business requirements and solutions for tactical and/or strategic projects, in collaboration with Business and Technology stakeholders across the organization The candidate must be technically proficient, able to multi-task well, explain solutions clearly, is well organized, and can work independently with minimal oversight Liaise with vendors, service providers, technology stakeholders, users, and management to deliver solutions for Back Office / Operations IT Support current post-trade processing platforms and flows.

Prior experience in programming, job schedulers, vendor feeds, messaging platforms, documentation, business analysis, and project management required Must be able to identify and document gaps in procedures, and create solutions for scalable and repeatable processes, in adherence with the compliance framework and IT best practices established Requirements Bachelor or master's degree in STEM fields, MBA, or related discipline(s) 10-15 years' work experience with IT, process re-engineering, or IT consulting background Programming, business analysis, project/program management background Liaison with vendors, service providers, technical and functional teams, users, and management Hands-on performing gap analysis, managing data, and guiding other resources Process mapping/ process improvement experience.
