As a General Manager, you'll lead all aspects of one of our Hardee's restaurants, creating a positive culture for your team while delivering outstanding service, operational excellence, and financial success. You'll work closely with your District Manager and have the opportunity to make a real impact on your restaurant, your team, and your community.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew Members.
  • Create an exceptional guest experience by ensuring outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Drive restaurant sales, profitability, and operational performance.
  • Analyze business results and implement action plans to achieve financial goals.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain top talent.
  • Schedule labor effectively to meet business needs while controlling costs.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture.
  • Conduct coaching sessions and team meetings to communicate goals, promotions, training, and operational updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, security procedures, and all applicable laws.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, cash handling, and restaurant assets.
  • Maintain the restaurant, equipment, and facilities to company standards.
  • Support local store marketing initiatives and community involvement.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service or fast-casual environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including labor management, budgeting, inventory, and P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Comfortable using computers and restaurant technology.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Associate's degree or coursework in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
