Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:
• System Architecture & Consolidation (v2 Evolution)
• Transition Gemaire's reporting from a flat Trial Balance upload to a dynamic subledgerdriven model.
• Design and implement data connectors to pull granular detail (AP, AR, Inventory, Sales) directly into OneStream.
• Own the technical side of the monthly 'Close and Consolidate' process within OneStream, ensuring seamless reporting to our parent company, Watsco.
• Manage metadata, member formulas, and business rules to maintain system integrity.
• FP&A Roadmap: Budgeting & Forecasting
• Lead the completion of the Budget module, ensuring data accuracy and user-friendly Cube Views' for department heads.
• Architect and launch Gemaire's first Rolling Forecast model within OneStream, moving the company toward a driver-based planning cycle.
• Build custom dashboards and reports that allow the executive team to drill down from high-level variances to specific branch or product-line performance.
• Change Management & Training
• Act as the internal 'OneStream Champion,' training the finance and accounting teams on how to leverage the platform to eliminate manual work.
• Ensure adequate training is provided to users for the OneStream Excel add-in to enable management, statutory and ad-hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with Watsco's corporate team and external implementation partners to ensure Gemaire's environment remains scalable.
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• General Experience: 5+ years of experience working in financial systems, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
• System Experience: 3+ years of direct OneStream experience with a focus on Cube Views, Business Rules, and Data Management.
• Understanding of OneStream Business Rules (VB.Net or C#) and Extensible Dimensionality.
• Intermediate to Advanced SQL skills (ability to query ERP subledgers is critical).
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, Intercompany Eliminations, and Consolidated Financial Statements.
• Previous experience in a Distribution, Wholesale, or HVAC environment is a major plus.
• Ability to translate complex technical 'system speak' into actionable insights for the CFO.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working within a large corporate structure or a Fortune 500 subsidiary preferred.
Years of Experience:
• General Experience: 5+ years of experience working in financial systems, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
• System Experience: 3+ years of direct OneStream experience with a focus on Cube Views, Business Rules, and Data
Management.
Work Environment: Hybrid Schedule, working 2 days minimum at the office/branch a week.
