This is a Temporary Contract Job lasting six (6) months

Primary responsibility for this role covers creating and managing promotional calendars, LTOs, menu updates, and new product launches; working with Operations to ensure food programs are executed accurately; providing training, communication, and rollout support for new items; partnering with Supply Chain to optimize inventory, reduce waste, and ensure in-stock availability; and monitoring category sales, movement, margin, shrink, and guest trends. This role is also responsible for covering pricing, promotions, trade spend optimization, demand forecasting, net revenue management, and margin, and at the director level includes building promotional ROI models by product and mechanic, including sales lift modeling to isolate true incremental impact, and conducting post-event effectiveness reviews translated into forward-looking recommendations.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Management

  1. Finance business partner to the Chief Marketing Officer at a quick-service restaurant company
  2. Partner with marketing, operations, procurement, and warehouse teams to build pre-launch sales and unit projections for LTO and test products; track in-market performance against forecast by store and market; align supply, execution, and rollout timing.
  3. Model costs and profitability of LTO products and promotional offers.
  4. Monitor units sold, sales dollars, and inventory levels, using SQL, Excel, a BI data visualization tool, and other in-house data sources.
  5. Conduct product and customer-level analysis to quantify performance and incrementality of LTO campaigns, product tests, as well as coupon and loyalty offers.
  6. Partner with the company's pricing vendor 1–2 times per year to evaluate price changes and estimate company-level impact.
  7. Produce monthly board of directors reporting on LTO campaign performance and incrementality.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

· Associate degree or higher preferred in Finance, Marketing or related field.

Experience

· Minimum 3 years of Analytic experience.

· Restaurant experience in high-pace environment.

· Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
