Job Summary:

The Network Inventory Analyst is responsible for optimizing inventory across the North American distribution network by ensuring the right products are positioned in the right Distribution Centers at the right time. This role partners with Supply Planning, Logistics Centers, Distribution Centers, Transportation, Sales, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Finance to improve inventory health, replenishment, deployment, transportation efficiency, and customer service while reducing working capital and freight costs.

Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory health and capacity utilization across assigned Distribution Centers.

Manage inventory target settings at each DC to improve in-stock % and minimize loss of sales.

Manage overall inventory health at DC to ensure no excess and obsolete inventory in DCs.

Coordinate inventory deployment from Logistics Centers to Distribution Centers.

Manage replenishment schedules and monitor shipment compliance.

Prioritize inventory based on customer demand, forecasts, inventory health, fitment strategy, and service requirements.

Coordinate inventory deployment for new product introductions (NPI).

Analyze fill rates, inventory turns, aging inventory, backorders, and inventory productivity.

Partner with Transportation to improve trailer utilization, reduce LTL shipments, and optimize shipment cadence.

Lead cross-functional inventory review meetings with Supply Planning, Operations, Sales, Transportation, and Product Management.

Support fair-share allocation, cross-docking, inventory balancing, and network optimization initiatives.

Develop dashboards and KPIs using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.

Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in Lean/Kaizen events.

Develop and maintain inventory planning Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred.

3-5 years of inventory planning, replenishment, supply chain, logistics, or distribution experience.

Experience supporting a multi-site distribution network preferred.

Data driven root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Experience with SAP, WMS, Power BI, or similar ERP/reporting tools preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Using AI tools to improve efficiency, data & workflow automation skills will be an added advantage.
