Job description

POSITION TITLE: Financial Analyst III, Corporate Finance (P3)

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Financial Analyst III (FA III) primary responsibilities include performing financial analysis, valuation, and modeling exercises to inform decisions related to the following functions: long-term strategic planning, investor relations, capital markets, commercial negotiations, and M&A. This person will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and will have a strong work ethic. This teammate will have to be collaborative while demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills, and a keen business acumen.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Performs financial analysis, valuation, and modeling exercises to inform financial, strategic, and commercial decision making.
  • Collaborates with teams across the business to gather key assumptions.
  • Owns, maintains, and continuously improves Crown Castle’s long-term corporate model, which is an instrumental tool in all transformative or large-scale strategic and financial decisions.
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis as needed and presents findings to senior management.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related

Experience Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, business, or economics
  • Experience with financial analysis, valuation, and modeling
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

Where You Will Work
This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday.  On Fridays, teammates have the option to work from the office or home.  There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.

Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is $85400 - $117500 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
