THE ROLE

The Financial Analyst II is a core part of driving business performance. You'll evaluate departmental results, identify trends, and turn data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership. This is a hands-on analytical role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment — ideal for someone who is as comfortable building a budget model as they are presenting findings to senior leaders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses comparing budget, forecast, prior period, and actuals
  • Partner with management and executive leadership to support monthly financial review meetings
  • Analyze profitability across product lines, brands, and operational processes
  • Develop budgeting templates and support business leaders through the budgeting process
  • Identify financial and operational issues, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions
  • Support strategic initiatives and complete special projects as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field
  • Experience: Prior experience in financial, operational, and/or statistical analysis; budgeting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Systems: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; NetSuite experience required
  • Skills: Strong financial modeling, business acumen, written/verbal communication, and problem-solving
  • Work Style: Self-motivated, proactive, collaborative — able to manage competing priorities and present independently to senior leadership
