Responsibilities:


Plan and execute the annual budget process and provide various financial modeling as needed.


Participate in month-end close process by performing detail review of the P&L across all regions to ensure their accuracy.ย  This includes review of operational expenses, bookings, revenue, COGS and Profit Margins.


Provide monthly Forecast-Analyze and interpret trends to predict future revenue/bookings and operational expenses.


Provide monthly financial reports and perform reviews with regional managers.


Perform monthly financial reviews with Corporate to discuss variances in actual vs. budget and actual vs. forecast targets.


Assist in providing the financial information needed for the quarterly business reviews.


Build strong relationships and work cross-functionally with other departments.


ย Prepare andย maintain P&L's for individual lines of business.


Evaluate profit and cost efficiency initiatives in various areas of the Sales organization as needed.


Provide analytical support and other ad-hoc analysis to senior management and department managers as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements:

5+ years of budget, forecasting and financial analysis experience.

Major in Finance/Economics.

Strong Excel, Power Point and Financial Modeling knowledge.

Knowledge of Essbase/Hyperion preferred.

Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.

Ability to work with senior managers across the organization.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
