Job Summary:
The Sr. Financial Analyst will take on a critical role in steering the company's financial strategy. Your responsibilities include conducting sophisticated financial analyses, developing comprehensive budgeting and forecasting models, and providing key insights for strategic decision making. You will also mentor junior analysts and collaborate with senior management to ensure financial plans are aligned with business objectives. This role demands a high level of expertise in financial modeling, a strategic mindset, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.

This is a hybrid position based at our facility in Texarkana, AR.
Sr. Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Forecasting
Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision making
Develop and maintain financial models to accurately forecast future performance
Analyze key financial drivers and variances to budget and forecast
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis
Budgeting and Planning
Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and long term financial plans
Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and goals
Prepare budget presentations and reports for senior management
Monitor budget performance and make recommendations for cost saving measures
Financial Reporting
Prepare and distribute financial reports to key stakeholders
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports
Analyze financial results and communicate key insights to management
Create and maintain financial dashboards to track key performance metrics
Business Partnering
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business operations and identify areas for improvement
Provide financial support and guidance to business units
Partner with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies
Proactively identify and communicate potential financial risks and opportunities
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance department
Develop and implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy
Continuously monitor and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement
Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices and processes
Ad Hoc Projects
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management
Conduct research and analysis to support decision making on ad hoc projects
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on ad hoc projects
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Identify and mitigate financial risks through regular monitoring and analysis
Assist with internal and external audits and compliance reviews
Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

The estimated salary range for this position is $88,000 to $105,000 plus bonus.Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
