Job Description
Help Open the Door to a Notre Dame Education
As an Assistant Director of Financial Aid, you'll play a vital role in making a Notre Dame education accessible and affordable for students and their families. This is an opportunity to combine strategic leadership, analytical expertise, and a passion for service while helping shape the financial aid experience for thousands of students.
In this role, you'll lead the administration of key federal and institutional financial aid programs, ensuring compliance with complex regulations while identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve the student experience. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the University, mentor and support team members, and contribute to innovative solutions that strengthen operations and advance the University's mission.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 to 4 years experience in financial aid or a related discipline preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong customer service

  • Ability to navigate conflict
  • Professional judgment and interpretation
  • Understanding of financial aid policies and guidelines
  • Working knowledge of Banner, OnBase, and Tableau is preferred

Additional Information
Salary: Up to $65,000
