Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 2 days weekly in the office. Applicants located must be willing to work this schedule.
Osaic is not considering remote candidates at this time.
Role Type: Full time
Salary: $90,000 - 108,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:
The Financial Advisor supports Wealth Advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning, investment guidance, and high-quality client service across a range of high-net-worth client relationships.
Responsibilities:
  • Supports Wealth Advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment solutions.
  • Serves as a point of contact for operational and planning needs on client accounts.
  • Drafts and maintains financial plans, investment policy statements, performance reports, and client deliverables.
  • Collaborates with internal specialists and third-party professionals to implement planning and investment strategies.
  • Prepares for and participates in client meetings with increasing levels of direct client interaction.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in financial planning software, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Applies strong understanding of investment principles, tax basics, estate planning concepts, and retirement fundamentals.
  • Translates data into clear, client-facing recommendations.
  • Manages planning workflows and supports multiple advisors across high-net-worth relationships.
  • Serves as a pipeline for the Wealth Manager position.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Basic Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or client services within the financial services industry.
  • Progress toward CFP, CFA, CPA, or JD designation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with planning and CRM software.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
