What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a financial advisor, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Financial Advisor, you need strong analytical skills, financial planning knowledge, and usually a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. Consistent client engagement and personalized service are key to maintaining long-term relationships and growing a successful advisory practice.
