The position:

The Financial Advisor is a fully licensed financial professional who manages a book of business, develops new client relationships, and provides comprehensive financial advice. This role is responsible for deepening client relationships through personalized planning and investment strategies. Lead Advisors are expected to meet production goals, participate in business development activities, and serve as the primary advisor to their assigned clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a personal book of business with full client relationship ownership.
  • Provide holistic financial planning, investment management, and risk analysis.
  • Develop new business through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct client meetings to deliver tailored financial recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Achieve production and revenue targets as established by firm leadership.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, compliance requirements, and market conditions.
  • Mentor junior advisors and team members.

Compensation: Merit Financial Advisors offers competitive compensation based on experience, qualifications, location, and market data. Where required by applicable law, salary ranges will be provided during the hiring process.
