As a Financial Advisor in Training you'll start your journey with a clear roadmap to success. We'll provide everything you need to thrive:
  • Comprehensive Training & Licensing Support
    We'll help you earn your SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and Life Insurance licenses-setting you up for long-term success.

    Once licensed, you'll join a dynamic advising team, working directly with clients while continuing to learn through mentorship, classroom sessions, and on-the-job coaching.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare for and obtain key financial licenses

Your Rewards

As the Client Support Associate, you'll shadow client appointments, learn how to write financial plans and gain a better understanding of the products and services we offer our clients. Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $55,000 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurance.
