Financial Services Trainee - Series 7 & 63 Licensing Program
Position Overview
Kickstart your career in wealth management and trading! We are seeking motivated, client-focused candidates to join our comprehensive 12-week paid licensing and training program.
During this program, you will be fully compensated while studying for and passing your SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 financial licenses-with all training materials and exam fees 100% covered. Upon successful completion of your exams, you will transition into a permanent Trader / Licensed Client Representative role.
What You'll Do (Post-Licensing Role)
As a Trader, you will serve as a vital liaison between clients and Financial Advisors, delivering exceptional service and guidance:
  • Client Support & Guidance: Answer incoming calls from clients and Financial Advisors to resolve inquiries and provide high-level account assistance.
  • Portfolio Consultation: Review existing portfolio holdings with clients, educate them on investment platforms, and recommend alignment strategies to match their financial goals.
  • Digital Onboarding: Guide clients through modern digital platforms, helping them transition smoothly to managing their portfolios online with professional advisor support.
