Job description

We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: answering phones, helping with clients, filing paperwork, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented and can provide exceptional customer service. We are really looking for a positive, go getter attitude. As long as you are more than willing to learn we are more than willing to teach! :)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
*Occasional Saturdays/Overtime will be needed during Tax Season*

(TAX EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED BUT PREFFERED)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information.
  • Perform data entry tasks as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff.

Qualifications:

  • Administrative/Receptionist Experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette
  • Experience with calendar management and executive administrative support
  • Ability to handle front desk responsibilities and customer service inquiries
  • Tax Experience is a plus
