As a member of the Accounting Advisory team within Croweโ€™s Consulting Practice , you will center on helping clients address complex business needs by analyzing data and delivering tailored business and technology solutions. This includes supporting financial statement preparation and analysis, transforming accounting processes, and implementing new accounting standards. You'll conduct fieldwork, prepare workpapers to support your conclusions, discuss findings with client management, and develop clear, professional reports in various formats. Additionally, youโ€™ll advise clients on enhancing internal controls, interpreting and applying new accounting standards, and assessing financial and operational risk.

Skills and Requirements:

  • On track to meet CPA eligibility (150 credit hours) by graduation

  • Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication skills

Education:

Weโ€™re looking for college seniors or graduate students graduating within the next year who are on the CPA track , pursuing degrees in Accounting, Business, or Economics or a related field and are eager to launch a career in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $27.00 - $42.00 per hour.
