Who is Bay Towel? We are a family. A family that works together every day to provide linen and uniform rental to our external family members and also provide a laundering service. We care about the environment and take pride in offering a very green and environmentally friendly alternative to disposable products that fill up our landfills.

The Accounting Associate is a key member of the Bay Towel Finance Team. We are looking for a skilled Accounting Associate to perform a variety of Accounting, Reporting and Financial tasks.

Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  1. Receive checks and perform daily remote deposit.
  2. Process mail and distribute to appropriate departments.
  3. Enter and post Accounts Payable each week, which includes entering, recording and reconciling invoices to payments.
  4. Collect key business data and generate reporting to management team.
  5. All other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time, non-exempt position working Monday through Friday from 9:00 - 2:00 p.m., 25 hours a week.

Compensation begins at $20/hour and will vary based upon education, experience, etc.
