We care about the environment and take pride in offering a very green and environmentally friendly alternative to disposable products that fill up our landfills.

Want to join our family? We are looking for the next dedicated Bay Towel Family member to join our Finance Team as a part-time Accounting Associate.

The Accounting Associate is a key member of the Bay Towel Finance Team. We are looking for a skilled Accounting Associate to perform a variety of Accounting, Reporting and Financial tasks.

Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  1. Receive checks and perform daily remote deposit.
  2. Process mail and distribute to appropriate departments.
  3. Enter and post Accounts Payable each week, which includes entering, recording and reconciling invoices to payments.
  4. Collect key business data and generate reporting to management team.
  5. All other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time, non-exempt position working Monday through Friday from 9:00 - 2:00 p.m., 25 hours a week.
