Job description

At Revlon, we create beauty innovations for everyone that inspire confidence and ignite joy every day.
Breaking beauty boundaries is in our company's DNA. Since its game-changing launch of the first opaque nail enamel in 1932 (and later, the first long-wear foundation), Revlon has provided consumers with high-quality product innovation, performance, and sophisticated glamour. Elizabeth Arden made waves as a woman-led beauty company in the 1920s. In 1931, Almay became the original hypoallergenic, fragrance-free beauty brand.
Today, Revlon resiliently continues its legacy as a leading global beauty company. Our diverse portfolio-which consists of some of the world's most iconic brands and product offerings in color cosmetics, skincare, hair color & care, personal care, and fragrances-is sold around the world through prestige, professional, mass, and direct-to-consumer retail channels. These brands include Revlon, Revlon Professional, Elizabeth Arden, Almay, American Crew, CND, Cutex, Mitchum, Sinful Colors, Creme of Nature, Christina Aguilera, John Varvatos, Juicy Couture, Ed Hardy and more.
We honor our heritage, embrace change, and applaud diversity. We champion our employees and celebrate our consumers.
We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty.

  • Month-End Close: Oversee key aspects of the month-end close process, including preparing entries, coordinating with the shared services team, reviewing actuals, and synthesizing variance explanations for leadership review.
  • Monthly and Quarterly Processes: Manage participation in SOX certification, account reconciliations, and other core processes that support accounting accuracy. Partner with the FP&A team on headcount reconciliation, mapping, and reporting to ensure financial integrity and alignment.
  • Decision Support and Ad Hoc Analysis: Drive cross-functional projects that create efficiencies, strengthen insights, and improve reporting capabilities. Deliver high-quality, timely analysis and recommendations for Executive Leadership and functional stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide strategic financial partnership for the Research & Development team globally, including close collaboration with R&D leadership to help shape investment planning, innovation decision-making, and long-range value creation
  • Manage financial planning and oversight for R&D and New Product Development (NPD) across categories and brands globally, including analysis of Net Sales and Gross Margin implications associated with innovation initiatives.
  • Drive financial analysis for NPD and Design-to-Value (DTV) initiatives in partnership with Brand Finance, R&D, and Supply Chain stakeholders, helping evaluate trade-offs, opportunities, and investment decisions.
  • Partner with R&D to develop and validate long-term plans that support Net Sales and Gross Margin growth across the current category and brand portfolio, including the creation and refinement of forecasting and scenario models.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate and enhance FP&A processes, improving efficiency, scalability, and the quality of business insights.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a multinational or corporate finance environment.
