This opportunity may be especially appealing to an experienced Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, CFO, or comparable financial leader who has owned key financial functions and is ready for greater organizational influence, direct partnership with the CEO, and responsibility for the full finance function.At Elevate, you will have a meaningful voice in the decisions shaping our future. You will see the results of your work, know the people affected by it, and help strengthen a growing credit union committed to making a positive difference in the lives of its members and employees.The OpportunityAs CFO, you will take full ownership of the Credit Union's finance function and personally manage its core accounting and financial responsibilities. This is an executive position, but it is also a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with the numbers, investigating discrepancies, solving problems, and seeing responsibilities through from beginning to end.You will also serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO by providing financial insight, evaluating options, asking thoughtful questions, and raising concerns constructively when decisions warrant a closer look.Credit union experience is not required. We are looking for someone with a strong accounting foundation, sound judgment, integrity, curiosity, and a record of owning significant financial responsibilities.
