About the Role:

The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation and optimization of financial processes across Cintraโ€™s financial team and its portfolio of assets, with a strong focus on value creation, process automation, and continuous improvement of the financial function and systems. This position acts also as a key liaison between corporate headquarters and the concession companies, ensuring that the Finance function plays an impactful role within Cintra organization and business. This role reports to the Head of Finance North America and the Head of Digital Finance Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and the implementation and improvement of financial systems and tools.
  • Support Cintraโ€™s digital businesses by helping monitor business performance and guiding teams through relevant corporate processes and procedures.
  • Assess and challenge technology investment initiatives by evaluating their business impact, profitability, strategic fit, and contribution to value creation.
  • Coordinate, monitor and participate in finance and digital related projects throughout their lifecycle, providing oversight and support to maximize business impact and operational efficiency.
  • Project management and/or ad-hoc analysis of country or global initiatives that require business and finance team coordination in relation to any financial, accounting, tax and business process with a value creation, simplicity, automation and cost-effectiveness focus.
  • Lead change management efforts and provide training and support to finance teams partnering with IT, Data, Innovation and business teams.
  • Promote best practices and process standardization by enabling knowledge sharing and supporting the rollout of innovative solutions.
  • Stay current on emerging technology trends and finance digitalization best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to introduce innovative solutions.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar required
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in finance roles with at least 3 years in transformation or systems-related projects
  • Experience with AI solutions (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilotโ€ฆ) in a professional environment with a track record of real impact and value delivery is a must.
  • Experience with low data transformation and automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Agent Builder, UiPath, n8n, Airtable, Zapier, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SAC, or Qlikview is a plus.
  • SAP experience required, with strong preference for S/4HANA exposure is highly desirable.
  • Strong digital skills and ease working with technology-driven environments and high performing teams
