  • - Maintain accounting databases by accurately entering data into the QuickBooks system and SAP, including invoices, departmental billings, employee reimbursements, cash receipts, and other financial transactions.
  • - Organize and preserve accounting records by making copies and filing essential documents.
  • - Reconcile bank statements by verifying transactions against the general ledger.
  • - Process vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • - Generate financial and accounting reports as needed to support business operations.
  • - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • - Support year-end financial audit activities by preparing schedules, gathering supporting documents, and responding to auditor requests.
