Job description

Winston Taylor is looking for a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group. Candidates should have three to six years of strong structured finance deal experience at a law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures, primarily in the residential mortgage finance and other consumer finance related industries. Experience across a variety of asset types and structures is preferred but not required. While New York is the preferred location for this position, we will also consider candidates within our other offices. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
