About the Role
The Deal Desk Associate works closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal to create accurate reseller quotes and review incoming deals for compliance throughout the Order to Cash process. This role ensures all transactions align with internal policies, legal requirements, and revenue recognition standards, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and risk mitigation from initial quote through final booking.
 
 
Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX in the office 3 days per week (Mon, Tues, & Thurs)
 
 
What You’ll be Doing
  • Partner with Sales to gather customer requirements and pricing inputs to create accurate reseller and distributor quotes using DealHub. 
  • Analyze pricing structures and discount requests to ensure alignment with company policies and contractual requirements. 
  • Review quotes, order forms, and purchase orders to confirm accuracy, validity, and compliance prior to processing. 
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Legal to resolve deal, pricing, or contractual issues throughout the Order to Cash process. 
  • Maintain accurate records of quoting and order activity and support timely deal progression.
  • Other duties as needed.
 
About You
  • 0.5-1 year quote creation, deal desk, or order processing experience, supporting a sales organization
  • Experience with a CPQ tool (DealHub preferred) and Salesforce
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks; strong organizational and time management skills are required
