Job description

Position Overview:

The Finance Manager provides financial leadership and strategic support to assigned business units. This position combines core finance responsibilities, such as month-end reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, with broader commercial and strategic analysis. Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners, the Finance Manager delivers actionable insights, evaluates growth opportunities, and helps drive both revenue expansion and profitability while continuously improving financial reporting and decision-support processes.


Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days In-Office)

Base Salary: $120k - $140k


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and analyses that explain results, highlight key trends, and provide insight into future performance.
  • Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes and monitor actual performance against financial plans.
  • Analyze business performance and recommend actions to improve revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of financial targets.
  • Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and the execution of business initiatives throughout the year.
  • Develop financial models and perform both recurring and ad hoc analyses to evaluate business opportunities and strategic decisions.
  • Drive initiatives focused on improving the accuracy, consistency, and usefulness of financial information.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to reporting, analytics, and finance and accounting processes.
  • Build strong relationships across departments and communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience.
  • Experience overseeing the full profit and loss statement.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems; experience with business intelligence and reporting tools preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and the ability to influence others.
  • Proven ability to establish strong working relationships across functions.
