Job description

The essential function of the position within the organization is to perform technical and administrative work and to assist with the coordination of programs in an assigned unit. This position has a strong emphasis on customer service. The position works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
This position shall be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Requires associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Public or Business Administration, Social Services, Construction Management or a closely related field with two (2) years of related experience. (If position is in Housing, may require within two years of employment: completion of the National Community Development Association CDBG Practitioners' training, Florida Housing Coalition Income Eligibility, Housing Choice Training or Housing Rehabilitation training.)
Requires a valid Florida driver's license.
