Join Johnson & Johnson for a full-time, 10-week MBA Finance Leadership Development Program Internship designed to give MBA students meaningful project ownership, exposure to senior Finance leaders, and hands-on experience supporting strategic business priorities. As an intern, you will lead projects that help shape business decisions across the Finance function while building the skills and perspective needed to grow as a future enterprise Finance leader.

  • Lead Finance projects that support strategic initiatives and address real business challenges.
  • Develop insights and recommendations that help inform decision-making across J&J businesses.
  • Explore potential assignment areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Research & Development Finance, or Corporate Services.

You will be placed within a J&J operating company supporting Medical Technology, Innovative Medicine, or Corporate Services. MBA Internship positions are typically located in or near New Brunswick, Raritan, or Titusville, NJ, or Horsham or Spring House, PA.

Throughout the internship, you will have opportunities to strengthen your Finance, leadership, and business acumen while building connections across J&J.

  • Participate in live training designed to build J&J business acumen and Finance capabilities.
  • Network with peers, program alumni, and senior leaders across the organization.
  • Experience J&J's culture and learn about long-term career opportunities within Finance.

The Finance MBA LDP Internship is one of the primary sources of talent for the full-time MBA Finance Leadership Development Program. The full-time MBA FLDP is a four-year leadership accelerator designed to develop future Finance leaders through diverse rotational assignments, targeted training, continuous coaching, and development experiences across Johnson & Johnson.

Qualifications

To be considered for this internship, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a full-time MBA with an anticipated graduation date of May 2028.
  • Corporate Finance concentration preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional or military experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working to meet evolving business needs.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities through prior employment, internship experiences, and/or extracurricular activities required.
  • Permanent work authorization in the U.S. required without the need for sponsorship now or in the future; temporary visa status is not eligible.

The anticipated base pay for this position is between $41.50/hour and $52/hour, but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience.

This position is overtime eligible.

Co-Ops/Interns may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
