The Associate Manager, Global Product Marketing, NBA will drive global marketing efforts as part of a team bringing premium quality free-to-play mobile titles to market. What You Will Do

• Mobile Marketing Campaign Strategy Execution: Lead marketing plan development and execution across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels supporting worldwide launches, content updates, and in-game promotions.

• Work closely with our Product team to understand the development roadmap, identify key selling points, and provide recommendations for marketing plans and support.

• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, UA, Partnerships, and Communication teams to deliver fully integrated marketing plans supporting the growth of the Mobile Sports portfolio.

• Drive the development of new promotional programs and help identify marketing best practices within and outside of the gaming industry to effectively promote our products.

• Conduct competitive marketing analyses to provide sound marketing recommendations.

• Creative Positioning, Asset Development, KPI Development and Mastery: Own the development of all marketing-related content created in partnerships with internal and external creative resources -- test, learn, and iterate to improve creative performance.

• Identify, understand, and master key performance indicators of business goal success.

• Lead consistent funnel testing efforts to improve user acquisition efforts: A/B test creative, audience, channel, etc.

• Monitor budgets and performance across all campaigns and report on campaign performance to key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and formulate recommendations to help drive long-term strategic planning.

What Will Make You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of marketing mobile free-to-play titles.

• Marketing & strategic analysis skills with an ability to map an understanding of business drivers.

• Experience working with User Acquisition and Performance marketing, evaluating channels & creative performance.

• Understanding of best practices within ASO/First Party Marketing.

• Ability to create and execute best in class mobile marketing campaigns (UA, Performance, Social, 1P).

• Rally partners and cross-functional teams to strive to achieve the desired business goals.

Bonus Qualification

• Passionate about Gaming and Sports.

• Familiar with 2K IPs, including NBA and WWE among others.

• Experience working with developers and licensors.

• Travel required for Development Studio relationship & planning (Seattle).

The pay range for this position in Novato, CA at the start of employment is expected to be between $78,900 and $116,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for employees in regular roles may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, provided that temporary or intern roles will not be eligible for many of these payments or benefits. Details of participation in compensation and benefit plans (if applicable) will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
