We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Permanent Production Manager to join our team in the Accounting and Finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our production department, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly adhered to. This role requires a deep understanding of operations, extrusion, continuous improvement, Disamatic, foundries, and safety. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.

  1. Oversee daily operations of the production department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  2. Implement and manage extrusion processes, ensuring optimal performance.
  3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Operate and maintain Disamatic molding machines and other foundry equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  5. Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring all staff adhere to safety regulations and standards.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  7. Collaborate with other department heads to align production processes with company objectives.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.
  9. Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, implementing new technologies and methods where applicable.
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Accounting and Finance industry.
  3. Proven experience with operations, extrusion, continuous improvement, Disamatic, foundries, and safety.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  6. Excellent financial and budgeting skills, with the ability to manage production budgets effectively.
  7. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the Accounting and Finance industry.
