Summary:

This Job will provide onboarding training to new associates and ongoing training to existing associates in the RCBS organization. In addition, this Job will perform quality auditing on processes and performance in order to identify training opportunities and performance shortfalls.

Responsibilities:

  • Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
  • Enters all training into the training and development tracking system.
  • Enters all information from personal development plans into development tracking system.
  • Identifies individuals needing training and/or currency training and schedules those individuals for such training.
  • Develops and delivers initial training packages for new hires.
  • Continually develops relevant training and development material based on organizational needs, external changes, and newly available topics.
  • Actively participates in Kaizen events to continually remain informed of activities of associates.

Education/Skills

  • High School Diploma preferred

Experience

  • 1 – 3 years of experience preferred
