Job description

Description

American Credit Acceptance (ACA) is part of The Johnson Group and one of the nation’s leading indirect auto finance companies, partnering with dealerships across all 50 states to empower the emerging credit consumer to purchase reliable and affordable transportation. The foundation of ACA is our Guiding Principles (integrity, partnership, humility, principled entrepreneurship, initiative and fulfillment), which provide the framework for how we make decisions and execute strategies. We create value for our team members, partners, customers, and communities by acting in accordance with our Guiding Principles, which ultimately leads to a stronger company culture and better business performance.

ACA manages an approximately $7.5 billion portfolio and relies on significant, diversified and cost-efficient sources of capital to support its operations and continued growth. The Finance organization supports the business through funding operations, capital markets activities, liquidity planning, financial analysis, and reporting.

The Treasury & Finance Analyst is an early-career, cross-functional development role providing hands-on experience across Finance Operations, Capital Markets, and Financial Planning & Analysis. The role supports daily cash needs analysis, funding operations, financial and capital markets reporting, and other analytical processes while building a broad understanding of how ACA funds its operations, accesses the capital markets, analyzes financial performance, and improves financial processes through data and technology. This experience is intended to develop skills applicable to future analytical and specialized opportunities throughout the Finance organization.
