We are looking for a resultsorientedFinance Business Partner (IC Mgr)to join our Technology Finance organization. This role serves as the primary finance partner for 2-3 Technology and Productaligned SVP/VP organizations, supporting financial planning, performance management, and strategic decisionmaking across complex and fastmoving portfolios.

The Finance Business Partner is embedded in the Technology and Product leadership rhythm and works closely with senior leaders to translate financial insights into actionable decisions. This role also partners closely with centralized FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Sourcing/Procurement, and other Finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting, strong financial governance, and alignment to enterprise objectives.

The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with strong financial acumen, executive communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, accountability for outcomes, and the ability to balance strategic partnership with process rigor as the Tech Finance organization continues to evolve.

**This role is Hybrid in Seattle, Washington, 4 days per week.

A day in the life:

  • Act as the primary finance partner to Technology and Product SVP/VP leaders, participating in weekly leadership meetings and supporting ongoing decisionmaking.
  • Analyze and track performance across the P&L through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to identify trends, proactively communicate insights, and provide recommendations on shifts to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Lead monthly business reviews and inyear outlooks, providing clear financial insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Partner with leaders on annual planning, scenario analysis, and investment business cases to support prioritization and tradeoff decisions.
  • Own financial inputs, assumptions, and narratives for supported portfolios while partnering with centralized FP&A teams on forecasting models, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Sourcing/Procurement on capitalization, expense treatment, vendor considerations, and financial governance.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and forecasting discipline to improve accuracy, clarity, and predictability across Technology and Product portfolios.

You own this if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree (finance or economics preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or related roles, with demonstrated scope and accountability progression.
  • Experience serving as a Finance Business Partner to senior leaders, ideally supporting Technology, Engineering, or Product organizations.
  • Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in a matrixed, crossfunctional environment.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including experience working in SmartViewenabled Excel environments.
  • Experience with Oraclebased ERP systems, SmartView, and Workday; exposure to SQL, Looker, Anaplan, or Alteryx is a plus.

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual
