Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $67,300.00$112,200.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 5 %, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

The pay range provided above is not a guarantee of compensation.  The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

Position Details:

You will oversee Customer Order Fulfillment, Inbound Receiving, inventory Control and outbound. You will provide direct leadership to up to 30 team members. You will ensure accurate receipt of product, order fulfillment and the optimization of resources and processes to provide customers with the products they need on time. You will manage processes to ensure compliance, implement improvements and promote programs that create an environment where team members are engaged and empowered. 

You will report to Mgr, Site Leader and this role is based in our Honolulu, HI Market Distribution Center. The schedule is Monday through Friday working 8:00 a.m. until finished.  

You Will:

  • Use production, safety, quality, cycle time, financial, and other important data to analyze performance and identify process variations or exceptions resulting in lower-than-expected performance and communicate issues to leadership team
  • Support Distribution Center wide projects and help ensure all deliverables (e.g. action items, process improvements) are completed by the commitment dateCreate a dynamic workplace that effects positive employee relationships by developing employee engagement and recognition programs and ensuring all employees are treated fairly, with respect, and have the tools necessary to perform their jobs
  • Manage the development process for non-exempt direct reports which may include training, supporting development goals, provide feedback, complete performance evaluations, and recognition and disciplinary actionIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and the use LEAN, DMAIC, Six Sigma tools and programs and implement solutions to improve results and operations excellenceEmphasize training and implement audit systems to eliminate process variation or discrepancies and to ensure compliance with Company, and other governmental agencies (e.g. OSHA, DOT, and EPA)

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years previous leadership or supervisor experience with increasing responsibility in a customer order fulfillment environment.
  • Ability to lift, slide and lower packages up to 50 lbs. and possibly up to 75 lbs. may be needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, SAP and warehouse management systems.
