Your role and responsibilities
As an Associate Finance Specialist in IBM's Finance Transformation practice, you'll help organizations optimize financial operations, improve business performance, and drive transformation through technology, data, and innovation.
As part of our Finance Transformation practice, you'll work on initiatives that modernize finance processes, enhance reporting and decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and help clients adapt to an evolving digital landscape. No two projects are exactly alike-you could support healthcare, financial services, public sector, retail, industrial, manufacturing, or other Fortune 500 clients.
Work side-by-side with experienced consultants, business professionals, and technology specialists to solve real-world challenges. Through mentorship, career coaching, certifications, AI-enabled consulting, and hands-on client experiences, you'll build the skills needed to grow into a future consulting leader.
