Job description

All Wheels Financial is a commercial transportation finance company specializing in financing solutions for owner-operators, fleets, and trucking businesses nationwide. As part of Allstate Peterbilt Group, we provide customized financing options for new and used trucks, trailers, and transportation equipment while delivering exceptional customer service and industry expertise. Our team is committed to supporting customers through efficient loan processing, strong communication, and relationship-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor / Accounting Specialist to support loan funding, accounting operations, customer service, and administrative functions.

Loan Processor / Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Process loan documents for funding with outside/backside lenders
  • Create and maintain customer loan folders
  • File UCC documents and order customer payment booklets
  • Assist with collection of accounts more than 10 days past due
  • Maintain accurate customer insurance records and resolve insurance issues with dealerships, customers, and insurance agents
  • Complete daily bank deposits
  • Maintain financial records and record transactions
  • Provide administrative support to accounting team members
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, dealerships, and internal departments
  • Assist with asset database and record maintenance
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Assist with month-end close as needed
  • Cross-train within the department and complete other duties as assigned

Loan Processor / Accounting Specialist  Qualifications:

  • Loan processing experience preferred
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience, including general ledger
  • Customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Notary Public preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to prioritize work around monthly deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
